You know that people can make a difference ... this is clearly what happens in this hotel. On paper, it is considered as a middle average Hotel ..... but the team that runs it turned it into a comfy 5 stars! From the check-in experience to the Bedroom cleanliness, from the great pool and so warm Jacuzzi to the excellent breakfast, all is done to make your stay a real vacation time. We booked a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sofa, the room size was large enough to accommodate the whole 4 members of the family with a lot of comforts. The beds were really good, and so were the pillows. All bedrooms are equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave. the Hotel is located far enough from the main road not to be bothered by the traffic noise.

The breakfast was wonderful with many options, hot and cold food items. Thr woman working the kitchen/breakfast area did a great job to keep all of the food stocked and clean. Since it was pretty cool outside, we appreciated the indoor pool, which had warm towels available. It was nice to have access to the gym 24/7. We did have an issue with the shower. However, as soon as I called the front desk to let them know and the time for someone to ride up the elevator, there was a knock on the door to repair it! The problem was very quickly resolved! We were grateful for the filtered water in the gym.

Brittany made check-in quick and easy. The room was great, and since there was only one (very comfortable) queen bed, it was very spacious. We liked the shelves in the closet. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly. This was a last-minute reservation because we were rushing home because of hurricane Ian. We were glad we could book a room at Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel seemed new or remodeled very well. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, they have bathtubs which is great for little kids, an indoor pool, and really good water pressure in the shower! there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. We stayed there one night on the way to our vacation destination and stayed again on the way home. We will definitely stay there again!

I was heading out at 6:15am to go get a drank from the store & walked right into the good smell of breakfast & wasn’t expecting it but it looked good & tasted good as well. Didn’t know it was raining so glad I didn’t have to take my 9yr old son out in the cold wet weather.
